I am overjoyed to finally share this lovely wedding on the blog.  Every detail of Sarah and Ward’s wedding day seemed to be infused with timeless and understated elements,  from the bride’s dress, to the fleur de lis wax seal name cards.  Every element of this gorgeous day was classic, and a beautiful representation of Sarah and Ward.

The couple tied the knot at St. James Catholic Church, whose doors have been open since 1913.  Afterwards, Sarah and Ward celebrated with their friends and family at the Pendennis Club in downtown Louisville, the perfect venue for such an occasion.  Looking back on this wedding day, one of my personal favorite moments was when the couple walked down the aisle, hand-in-hand after finally tying the knot.  They each looked so happy and relaxed!

I’m so glad they chose me to capture their special day, and I’m looking forward to being a part of Sarah’s sister’s celebration next year, as well! Enjoy!
